HOW PRE-ORDER WORKS |
| When you submit a (pre-)order, it is in line at this point. We strictly ensure that each such pre-order is processed according to the chronological order in which it was received by our system. |
PRICE COMMITMENT |
| We guarantee that the price of the pre-order will later appear on the proof of purchase. In other words, the moment you pre-order the goods, you fix the price. |
WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE GOODS |
| Pre-availability information is provided for each item for which pre-ordering is permitted. If the availability date states "sold out", then your pre-order will be processed by the deadline listed below. |
WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY |

We don't want your money in advance. Keep your money until we have the goods ready for you.
As soon as the goods are ready to be consigned to you, we will send you a proforma invoice by email. It is then up to you how quickly you pay. The invoice is due in 5 days. |
